Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Advisor (Payer) to assist with Payer Operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide members on caregiver search journey and provide ongoing support
• Document interactions accurately in EHR system
• Collaborate with team members and maintain professional communication

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college-level coursework preferred
• At least one year of experience in a productivity-based customer service role or call center environment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred
