Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Advisor to assist families in finding appropriate care solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed targets and maintain a customer-first approach in all activities
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify business opportunities and present recommendations to management
  • Establish trust through personalized conversations and address customer inquiries with empathy


Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in client service, account management, or customer relations
  • Experience in aging care, financial services, insurance, or healthcare
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
