Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Advisor to assist with caregiver search and support for families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide members through the caregiver search journey by building relationships and providing exceptional communication
  • Collaborate with the Enrollment Team to ensure seamless transitions and support after caregiver hire
  • Document interactions accurately in the EHR system and assist in the inbound call center as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college-level coursework preferred
  • Six months experience in a customer service role required
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred
