Job Summary

Care Advisor, a full-time remote position, assists families in the caregiver search process, providing support and guidance while ensuring satisfaction post-hire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide members through the caregiver search journey and maintain relationships with families and caregivers
  • Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to ensure overall satisfaction
  • Document interactions accurately in CareLinx's EHR system
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college-level coursework preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a productivity-based customer service role or call center environment, or a minimum of two years in a customer service environment
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred
