Job Summary
Care Advisor, a full-time remote position, assists families in the caregiver search process, providing support and guidance while ensuring satisfaction post-hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide members through the caregiver search journey and maintain relationships with families and caregivers
- Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to ensure overall satisfaction
- Document interactions accurately in CareLinx's EHR system
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college-level coursework preferred
- At least one year of experience in a productivity-based customer service role or call center environment, or a minimum of two years in a customer service environment
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
