Job Summary

To support CareLinx's Payer Operations, the full-time remote Care Advisor will guide families through the caregiver search process, ensuring satisfaction and providing ongoing support after caregiver placement.

Key responsibilities:
  • Guide members through the caregiver search journey with exceptional communication and relationship building
  • Provide ongoing support to maintain relationships with families and caregivers, ensuring overall satisfaction
  • Document interactions accurately in CareLinx's EHR system and collaborate with team members professionally
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a productivity-based customer service role or call center environment
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred
