Care Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building and exceptional communication
• Provide ongoing support after the caregiver hire to maintain the relationship with the family and caregiver
• Document accurate and complete notes of all family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx's EHR system

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Some college-level coursework, preferred
• 6 months experience in a customer service role or 1 year experience in a customer service environment
• At least one year of experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Previous healthcare experience preferred
