Care Advisor, Care Concierge
Job Summary
As a full-time Care Advisor, Care Concierge working remotely, the candidate will assist benefit recipients in navigating the product platform, recommend service offerings, and support order completion while utilizing assessments and community resources to help clients achieve their care goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls to assist members with assessments and recommend service plans based on their needs
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups and help members access various community resources
- Coordinate and schedule services while performing administrative tasks to support member benefits
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma preferred
- Experience in Public/Community Health or related fields preferred
- Proven experience in answering inbound calls and working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of clerical functions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
