Job Summary
As a full-time Care Advisor Concierge, the successful candidate will assist benefit recipients in navigating the product platform, recommend service offerings, and support order completion while working remotely from approved locations within the United States.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls to assist members with assessments and service recommendations based on their needs
- Make outbound calls to follow up with members and coordinate service scheduling
- Help clients access community resources such as homecare, meals, transportation, and social support services
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma preferred
- Experience in Public/Community Health or related fields preferred
- Proven experience in answering inbound calls and providing customer support
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of clerical functions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and work with multi-disciplinary teams
