Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success or customer service role; healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong interest in enhancing customer experience and its impact on business growth
  • Empathetic and collaborative individual with experience in fast-paced environments
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient in computer skills including Google Suite and CRM systems; remote work requirements include high-speed internet and a HIPAA compliant workspace
