Key Responsibilities
- Manage order intake and perform internal workflows to process patient orders while engaging with patients and caregivers

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer success or customer service role; healthcare experience preferred
- Strong interest in enhancing customer experience and its impact on business growth
- Empathetic and collaborative individual with experience in fast-paced environments
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in computer skills including Google Suite and CRM systems; remote work requirements include high-speed internet and a HIPAA compliant workspace
