Key Responsibilities

• Engage and develop relationships with members, providing initial program overview and support
• Conduct outreach to educate eligible patients on the program's value and facilitate enrollment
• Collaborate with care management staff and providers to ensure consistent member care and communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare
• 3+ years of experience in sales, direct marketing, or customer service in the healthcare industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Experience with Medicare populations and understanding of Medicare Health Plans
• Knowledge of medical terminology
