Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Advocate (8am - 5pm EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and develop relationships with members, providing program overview and support
• Conduct outreach to eligible patients, educating them on program value and addressing barriers
• Collaborate with clinical staff and community outreach programs to ensure consistent member care

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare
• 3+ years of experience in sales, direct marketing, or customer service in the healthcare industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Experience working with Medicare populations and understanding of Medicare Health Plans
• Knowledge of medical terminology
