Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Advocate to provide an outstanding care experience to users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the user-facing voice of the brand, ensuring proper support from the care team, providers, and pharmacy
  • Coordinate care with users, providers, and pharmacies while managing the sign-up process
  • Answer user questions through various communication channels and maintain accurate records of user information
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of online customer service work experience
  • Experience with phone, email, live chat, and SMS communications
  • Fluent in Spanish (strongly preferred)
  • Availability during 9am-5pm ET
  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or related clinical settings (preferred)
