Key Responsibilities

• Engage and develop relationships with members, providing program overview and support
• Conduct outreach to educate eligible patients on program value and facilitate enrollment
• Collaborate with care management staff and utilize critical thinking to enhance patient care strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare
• 3+ years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, or customer service in healthcare
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Experience with Medicare populations and knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to interact productively with multidisciplinary teams
