Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support & Care Advocate to provide responsive and compassionate support to members navigating their health journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day member queries and troubleshoot issues across multiple communication channels
  • Deliver virtual 1:1 Care Advocate sessions, providing personalized guidance on various women's health topics
  • Provide virtual health coaching to support lifestyle and behavior change for menopause symptoms
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years' experience in customer service, member support, or a related member-facing role, preferably in health or digital health
  • A genuine passion for women's health and supporting individuals in managing their health
  • Comfortable working across digital platforms and health technology tools
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a varied workload independently
  • Cultural humility and a commitment to serving diverse communities
