A company is looking for a Progyny Care Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the member relationship by educating members about their personalized benefits
• Onboard new members by capturing demographic information and confirming eligibility
• Deliver concierge-level member support through various communication channels

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably in healthcare or patient services
• Knowledge of the fertility and women's health landscape
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage multiple workflows
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Must be willing to work a 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST shift
