Care Advocate

Job Summary

To provide world-class care to Maven members, the remote Care Advocate will manage high-volume introductory video appointments, promptly address member inquiries, and facilitate access to healthcare resources while working part-time on specified shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage a schedule of introductory video appointments with members
• Assist members with product-related needs and deliver personalized recommendations
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely access to care and follow-up support

Required qualifications

• A background in allied health, human services, or healthcare
• 1-2+ years of direct patient care experience or in digital health
• Experience achieving KPIs relevant to engagement, satisfaction, and productivity
• Proficiency in navigating new technologies and systems as part of a remote team
• Experience in family planning and maternal-child health areas is preferred, but not required
