Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Advocate Coordinator I to support members in navigating healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional member experiences through inbound and outbound calls in a contact center
  • Act as an advocate for members, resolving issues and connecting them with appropriate resources
  • Utilize technology and internal resources to guide members through their healthcare journey
Required Qualifications
  • One year of experience in the healthcare industry, customer service, or call center
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) or Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
