Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Advocate Outbound.

Key Responsibilities

• Make at least 100 outbound, cold calls daily to engage members and promote services
• Collect member history and triage to appropriate care team members while providing concierge-level service
• Independently manage task load to meet personal and team performance targets

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field
• Ability to thrive in a performance-based environment and demonstrate personal accountability
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Ability to adapt to change and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
