Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Center Agent - Part-Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedules appointments for patients by phone and maintains an accurate scheduling system
  • Obtains referrals, authorizations, and verifies insurance information for patients
  • Communicates with supervisors regarding patient concerns and performs additional duties as assigned


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Minimum: Proven basic computer skills and ability to type 35 words per minute
  • Preferred: One year of experience in a switchboard, medical practice, or call center
