Job Summary

A company is looking for an Overnight Care Center Representative to provide support and assistance during critical moments for individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer emergency and non-emergency calls, prioritizing and dispatching responses
  • Provide compassionate customer support and monitor medical alerts and alarms
  • Record call details in real-time and maintain accurate customer information
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
  • Proficient typing skills (35 WPM)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime
  • Minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps download and 5Mbps upload required
