Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Center Representative to provide support and assistance during critical moments for individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, prioritizing and dispatching responses as needed
- Monitor medical alerts and alarms, providing compassionate support and recording details in real-time
- Verify and update customer information while troubleshooting alarm systems and maintaining confidentiality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
- Proficient typing skills (35 WPM) and familiarity with customer service software
- Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed
- Minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps download and 5Mbps upload required
