Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Center Representative for 1st and 2nd shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching responses as needed
  • Provide compassionate customer support and monitor medical alerts and alarms
  • Record call details in real-time and maintain accurate customer information
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
  • Proficient typing skills (35 WPM)
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
