Job Summary
Providing compassionate support in a fully remote environment, the full-time Care Center Representative will respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, monitor medical alerts, and ensure accurate record-keeping while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and dispatch responses according to established protocols
- Monitor medical alerts and provide genuine care during critical situations
- Record call details and update customer information in real-time
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
- Proficient typing skills (35 WPM) and familiarity with customer service software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
- Minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps download and 5Mbps upload required
