Job Summary
Working overnight in a full-time remote capacity, the Care Center Representative will respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, providing compassionate support and monitoring medical alerts while ensuring accurate record-keeping and customer information management.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching responses as per protocols
- Monitor medical alerts and alarms, providing genuine care during high-pressure situations
- Record call details and manage customer information in real-time while maintaining confidentiality
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
- Proficient typing skills (35 WPM)
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
