Job Summary
Providing compassionate support, the full-time Care Center Representative will respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, monitor medical alerts, and maintain accurate records in a fully remote environment during the second shift, which includes one required weekend day.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and dispatch responses according to established protocols
- Monitor medical alerts and provide genuine care during critical situations
- Record call details and maintain customer information in real-time
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
- Proficient typing skills (minimum 35 WPM)
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
