Job Summary
Providing telephonic support, the full-time Care Champion will assist clients and their families in navigating healthcare, wellness, and employee incentive programs while resolving complex benefit and claim issues in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding and utilizing healthcare and wellness programs effectively
- Resolve complex benefit and claim issues, escalating when necessary to appropriate teams
- Manage client advocacy cases requiring multiple interactions with clients, providers, and insurers
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum three years of insurance and/or benefits customer service experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing client advocacy cases
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry applications
- Ability to work a flexible 37.5-hour work week in a 24/7 call center environment
