Job Summary

Providing telephonic support, the full-time Care Champion will assist clients and their families in navigating healthcare, wellness, and employee incentive programs while resolving complex benefit and claim issues in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist clients in understanding and utilizing healthcare and wellness programs effectively
  • Resolve complex benefit and claim issues, escalating when necessary to appropriate teams
  • Manage client advocacy cases requiring multiple interactions with clients, providers, and insurers
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum three years of insurance and/or benefits customer service experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client advocacy cases
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry applications
  • Ability to work a flexible 37.5-hour work week in a 24/7 call center environment
