Job Summary

Leading a team of care coaches in a full-time remote capacity, the Care Coaching Manager will manage caregiver support services, ensuring high-quality coaching and operational efficiency while engaging with family caregivers of Medicare Advantage members.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of care coaches and advisors, providing supervision, training, and performance feedback
  • Manage daily operations, including referral workflows, case assignments, and service coverage prioritization
  • Implement and evaluate caregiver engagement strategies to achieve program goals and improve outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of progressive management and leadership experience, preferably with a nursing background
  • 3 years of experience in program or solution development within Medicare and Medicaid programs or managed care organizations
  • Experience in case management and care coordination
  • Ability to develop workflows, training documents, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in common software and web-based applications, including MS Office and case management systems
