Job Summary
Providing telephonic support to members, the full-time Care Concierge I will respond to inquiries, document interactions, and promote SmartShopper services while working remotely within a distributed team across multiple states.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, chats, and web requests from members
- Document member interactions accurately and promote SmartShopper products
- Research and resolve claims, eligibility, and incentive inquiries while coordinating with various teams
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience
- Healthcare experience required
- CRM experience, including Salesforce/CX1, preferred
- Strong healthcare literacy and customer service skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
