Job Summary

Providing telephonic support to members, the full-time Care Concierge I will respond to inquiries, document interactions, and promote SmartShopper services while working remotely within a distributed team across multiple states.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, chats, and web requests from members
  • Document member interactions accurately and promote SmartShopper products
  • Research and resolve claims, eligibility, and incentive inquiries while coordinating with various teams
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Healthcare experience required
  • CRM experience, including Salesforce/CX1, preferred
  • Strong healthcare literacy and customer service skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
