Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Concierge - Member Support Specialist to provide telephonic support to healthcare consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls from members and provide professional support for elective medical procedures
  • Document and communicate consumer interactions across various channels, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Promote SmartShopper products and support consumer engagement with healthcare offerings
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience with online consumer shopping tools is highly preferred
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce, is desired
  • Strong healthcare literacy and understanding of medical insurance claims processes is helpful
