Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Concierge - Member Support Specialist to provide telephonic support to healthcare consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from members and provide professional support for elective medical procedures
- Document and communicate consumer interactions across various channels, ensuring timely follow-up
- Promote SmartShopper products and support consumer engagement with healthcare offerings
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with online consumer shopping tools is highly preferred
- Associates degree preferred
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce, is desired
- Strong healthcare literacy and understanding of medical insurance claims processes is helpful
