Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Care Connections Member Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedules member appointments daily to achieve departmental goals
• Completes assigned hand-dial lists and member research accurately and efficiently
• Provides basic support and guidance to members with empathy and professionalism

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare service environment or equivalent education and experience
• Bilingual (English and at least one additional language, as required)
• Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities and workflows
• Compassionate and service-oriented
