Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Coordination Advocate to guide members through their healthcare experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review new cases for eligibility and coordinate member care/appointments
  • Communicate daily with members regarding their case status and update cases as needed
  • Negotiate agreements and collaborate with Nurse Case Managers and providers on member cases
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration
  • 1+ years of experience in Advocacy, Prior Authorization, or Case Management preferred
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
