• 2-3 years of experience leading care coordination teams in healthcare companies
• Experience with end-to-end client conversion processes using technology and human intervention
• Proficiency in Salesforce and data analytics platforms
• Preferred experience in mental healthcare startups and working with Enterprise Partners
