Care Coordination Representative III

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time hourly Care Coordination Representative III will process assigned tasks efficiently, provide training and coaching to peers, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining high productivity metrics.

Key responsibilities:

• Process assigned tasks and audits in a timely manner while providing feedback to peers
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor, assisting with training and maintaining reference materials
• Act as an escalation point for HIPAA-related issues and recommend process improvements

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in medical records, ROI, or Health Information Management (HIM)
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations regarding Protected Health Information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records (EMRs)
• Able to work independently while supporting colleagues with complex requests
