Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Coordination Specialist to provide non-clinical administrative support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Case Managers and Care Coordinators in the Case Management program
  • Process assigned tasks within the medical management system and manage meetings and communications efficiently
  • Support the CM leadership team by coordinating tasks and fostering cross-functional communication
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office, health insurance, or managed care organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work across multiple software programs
  • MUST reside in the PST or MST zone
