Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Coordination Specialist to provide non-clinical administrative support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Case Managers and Care Coordinators in the Case Management program
- Process assigned tasks within the medical management system and manage meetings and communications efficiently
- Support the CM leadership team by coordinating tasks and fostering cross-functional communication
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office, health insurance, or managed care organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work across multiple software programs
- MUST reside in the PST or MST zone
