Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Coordination Specialist to provide non-clinical administrative support in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Case Managers and Care Coordinators, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Manage tasks within the medical management system, including scheduling meetings and processing requests
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally and support the CM leadership team with daily activities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office, health insurance, or managed care organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work across multiple software programs
- MUST reside in the PST or MST zone
