Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Coordination Specialist to provide non-clinical administrative support in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Case Managers and Care Coordinators, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage tasks within the medical management system, including scheduling meetings and processing requests
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally and support the CM leadership team with daily activities
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office, health insurance, or managed care organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work across multiple software programs
  • MUST reside in the PST or MST zone
