Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Coordinator (Member Experience).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from members or other stakeholders
- Schedule and confirm enrollment and follow-up visits daily
- Maintain and monitor care team staff schedules via scheduling dashboard
Required Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience as a patient care coordinator in a fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work and located in the United States
- At least 2 years of consistent EHR/EMR system experience specifically in the scheduling, insurance verification, and/or revenue cycle setting
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE) is a plus
- Experience with Welkin, Acuity, Athena (EHR), Ring Central is preferred
