Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with plan members to ensure understanding of the program and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate scheduling and approval process for surgeries
  • Collaborate with providers and internal departments to resolve issues and address patient barriers

Required Qualifications:
  • 2 to 4 years of customer relationship and phone center experience
  • Prior healthcare industry experience with knowledge of medical terminology and health benefits claim process
  • Project management skills with experience managing a high-volume caseload
  • Located in or near Denver, CO, and available to work in the office Monday - Friday
  • Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office, and contact center-style phone systems
