Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to callers and triage telephone calls for clinical consultation
• Enter and maintain claims data and ensure data integrity in the management system
• Support clinical staff with scheduling, documentation, and communication tasks

Required Qualifications

• AS/AA degree or two years of college preferred
• Experience in a medical office environment preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology strongly preferred
• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Must be computer literate and comfortable with various software applications
