Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a high-quality patient experience
• Ensure adherence to processes for efficient and timely delivery of care
• Manage patient/provider communication and escalate urgent concerns as needed

Required Qualifications and Education

• One year of experience in a medical practice with knowledge of medical terminology
• Willingness to work regular weekends and at least three holidays a year
• Self-motivated with a service-oriented mindset
• Proficient in using online tools and technology for communication and care delivery
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
