Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient access and case status updates
  • Enter accurate notes into CRM while conversing with patients or healthcare staff
  • Create and process referrals and applications in internal systems
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2-4 years of customer-facing or call center experience preferred
  • Must type at least 40 WPM and transcribe accurate notes in real-time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must have a quiet, private home office setup and high-speed internet
