• 1+ years of experience in Tech Support, Call Center Support, or Customer Service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate personal accountability, resourcefulness, and commitment to quality
• Proficient use of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
