Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Coordinator I to provide customer support and assist with inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or instant messaging, serving as the primary contact for inbound customer issues
- Process a high volume of customer inquiries related to products and services, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries
- Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring accurate customer information and follow-up on escalated issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience may be considered
- Knowledge of the company's products and services to facilitate customer inquiries
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with computer navigation and operation skills
