Key Responsibilities

• Answer current and prospective patient questions
• Triage inquiries to the appropriate medical staff across multiple platforms
• Assist members with vulnerable mental health through safety planning and intervention

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding and appreciation for the trans experience
• 2+ years in a customer service role with excellent service history
• Basic computer skills and comfort with learning new systems
• Respectful and empathetic communication skills
• Experience in data management and data entry
