Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Coordinator 1 to provide customer support and assist business customers with inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or instant messaging, serving as the primary contact for inbound customer issues
  • Process a high volume of customer inquiries related to products and services, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries
  • Track and document support requests, ensuring accurate customer information and follow-up on escalated issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferable
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively resolve customer inquiries
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in customer service roles is preferred
