Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist - Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls for enrollment, customer satisfaction surveys, and other projects
• Process requests and route messages according to policies and guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and collect demographic data

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1-year experience in an office setting, preferably in telehealth support
• Experience in a medical setting preferred
• Ability to work remotely and maintain reliable internet access
• Proficient computer skills for data entry and application use
