Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Coordinator (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical and product support to members via various communication channels
• Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure accurate information is conveyed to members
• Document all member interactions and manage up-to-date member information while respecting confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in using customer service and healthcare platforms for communication and documentation
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with insurance processes and managing confidential patient data in compliance with HIPAA
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
