Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Guiding families through their mental health journey, the contracted Care Coordinator will work remotely for over 30 hours a week, focusing on scheduling intakes, providing ongoing support, and connecting families to resources.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule intakes and consultations for incoming families, assessing needs and matching with providers
• Support families with onboarding to the Manatee app and maintain documentation of all interactions
• Check in with families to assess progress, provide proactive support, and navigate available resources

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer support, care coordination, case management, or client services
• Startup experience in a high-growth environment
• Experience working with families navigating child mental health challenges
• Hands-on experience with scheduling, billing, and CRM/EHR systems
• Tech-savvy and solution-oriented, with strong relationship-building skills
