Job Summary

Providing essential support for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients, the full-time Care Coordinator will manage member follow-ups, track appointments, and ensure access to counseling services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist EAP clients with inquiries and escalate issues as needed
  • Track and follow up with members, ensuring appointments are scheduled and feedback is obtained
  • Research and identify local EAP providers and facilities to meet member needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral health, health care management, liberal arts, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, health care, or case work
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Word
