Job Summary
Providing telephonic customer service, the full-time Care Coordinator will support TRICARE beneficiaries by scheduling medical services, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues while working remotely within the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver telephonic customer service, including chat and video support, to TRICARE beneficiaries
- Schedule medical services based on Registered Nurse triage dispositions and customer availability
- Address inquiries regarding TRICARE eligibility and connect beneficiaries with appropriate resources
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 8-hour or 10-hour shifts from Sunday to Saturday
- Experience in a dynamic contact center environment with a focus on multitasking and performance standards
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
