Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Care Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound calls to provide one-call resolutions, report adverse events, and process patient referrals and applications while ensuring a supportive experience for patients.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, determining needs and providing resolutions
  • Create and complete accurate referrals and applications while staying updated on policy changes
  • Investigate and resolve patient and physician inquiries in a timely manner
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of call center practices and procedures preferred
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer policies preferred
  • Ability to effectively use proprietary software for task completion preferred
